Terms and Conditions of Use of the 4444wim

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "4444wim" — the Sports Betting and online casino platform accessible at the domain 4444wim.best and all its subdomains.
• "User" or "you" — any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the services offered by 4444wim.
• "Account" — the individual profile created by the user upon registration, linked to a unique CPF.
• "Real Balance" — funds deposited by the user or winnings converted from bonuses, available for betting and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — credits granted by 4444wim through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before being converted into real-money balance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Residency

4444wim services are intended for users residing in Brazil. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify whether the use of Sports Betting and online casino platforms is permitted in their jurisdiction. 4444wim is not liable for any violations of local law resulting from use of the services by users in restricted jurisdictions.

3.3 One Account per CPF

Each individual may hold only one active account on 4444wim. Registration is tied to the CPF provided at sign-up, and having more than one account per CPF is a violation of these Terms. In the event of duplicate accounts, 4444wim may close all accounts involved, withhold balances pending verification, and void any bonuses used.

4. User Account

4.1 Credential Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your 4444wim username and password secure. We strongly recommend using strong passwords — combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters — and enabling two-factor authentication when available. Do not share your credentials with anyone, including family members.

4.2 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False or inconsistent data may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until identity is verified. 4444wim may request documents such as a government-issued ID, CPF, proof of address, and proof of bank account for verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer).

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 and may be requested at any time by the 4444wim security team. The process is straightforward and can be completed by the user directly through support by submitting the required documents. Verification takes up to 48 business hours.

5. Deposits

4444wim accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer from any Brazilian bank, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and Banco Inter.

• The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00.
• Pix deposits are credited within 5 seconds of payment confirmation.

• Credit and debit card deposits are processed in real time, subject to approval by the card issuer.
• 4444wim does not charge fees on deposits. Any bank charges are the sole responsibility of the user and their financial institution.
• Only deposits from bank accounts or Pix keys linked to the account holder's CPF are accepted. Deposits from third parties will be returned.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Pix withdrawals are processed within 30 seconds of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal limit, although amounts above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to the identity verification process described in section 4.3.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have made at least one deposit into the account.

• Bonuses are valid for one use per CPF, IP address, device, and residential address.
• The standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is granted, unless otherwise specified.
• Bets on certain markets or game types may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the rollover requirement. The contribution percentage is specified in the terms of each promotion.
• 4444wim reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases of abuse, bet manipulation, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and expire automatically at the end of the designated period.

8. Sports Betting

8.1 Bet Acceptance

4444wim offers Sports Betting on Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, MMA/UFC, Basketball (NBB), volleyball, e-sports (CBLOL, Free Fire), and other national and international sports. All bets are subject to the odds in effect at the time of confirmation — not at the time you started filling out your bet slip.

8.2 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only after the on-screen confirmation is displayed and the corresponding amount is debited from the account balance. Bets in progress cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market.

8.3 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is canceled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to the real-money balance. If an event is postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, bets will also be refunded — except where the postponement was widely announced before the bet was confirmed.

8.4 Odds Errors

• Coordinating bets across different accounts to gain an unfair advantage on promotions (aggressive bonus hunting).
• Making deposits and withdrawals without any real bets in between, with the sole purpose of moving funds (abusive match betting in a fraud context).

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, balance retention pending investigation, and potential permanent closure, with no entitlement to any bonuses or winnings obtained during the irregular period.

11. Responsible Gambling

14. Account Closure

14.2 Closure by 4444wim

4444wim may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of these Terms and Conditions; provision of false information; fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering; use of the platform by anyone under 18; request by competent authorities; or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users.

15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

16. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 4444wim platform shall be submitted to the competent courts in Brazil.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. A partial invalidity does not affect the rest of the agreement.

4444wim's tolerance of any breach of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce them at a later time. Failure to exercise any right provided in this document does not imply its loss or forfeiture.
